·     Outgoing postage application, postage billed as used.  Delivery Confirmation Service free for Priority Mail.

·     Access to UPS, California Overnight and Fed Ex scheduled service.  Usage is billed to your account or we bill you.

Full licensed tax software

·     Use our current year tax software, Individual, Business, 990 and 5500, most states, form service, Efiling Federal and most states.  Access to bank services, return proforma and organizer printing, all included for $11.00 per client.  TaxWorks, with separate client directories, security features available, backup services provided.  Software usage payment is capped at $1,650 per year.  Efile processing fees, $1.00 per return, will apply after 150 returns are processed.  Third party bank fees are billed as incurred.  License to use business name and logo required, $100.00 annual fee.  San Francisco fictitious name registration and Business Tax License required.

·     Prior year software from 1986 is available at no charge.  Training and local support not included.  Limited free telephone support from software vendors.

·     Networked tax software, Tax Tools, Tax Corresponder, CA Sales Tax.

Clerical Assistance

·     Metered Copy Service at .05 per copy, sorts and staples

·     Return assembly services including our branded folder and supplies, $6.00 each, FIFO assembly, rush service $4.00 each. Name License required.

·     Return assembly services using your supplies and folders, $4.00 each, FIFO assembly, rush service $4.00 each.

·     Resident Parking Permit available.  City permit fees required.

Additional Income Opportunities for your practice

·     Shared revenue for walk in clients, our signature and processing.

·     Subcontracted tax processing of our overflow hourly rate, our signature and processing.
